Jinja Multistream ("the App") This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process information through the mobile application and its integrated web services.

            Web Disclosure: This App utilizes Web technology to provide a secure gateway to the Multistream portal via secured link. Users should be aware that while the App shell facilitates access, core business transactions and account management occur on Multistream secured web servers.
        

1. Information Collection & Use

We collect information in two distinct ways to provide our services:

A. Direct Application Input (Leads & Registration)

When you first download the App or express interest in the Multistream opportunity, we may collect basic "Lead Data" such as:

Full Name
Contact Information (Phone number/Email)
Preferred Registration Package and other neccessary information

This information is used ephemerally to initiate your onboarding process and to connect you with a representative/distributor agent. The App itself does not store your long-term sensitive financial records or network structure locally.

B. Web Portal Access

Once you log in to the official portal via the App’s Web access, you are interacting directly with Multistream's secure web servers. This data includes your Point Value (PV) tracking, earnings under the "Super Pay Plan," and downline management. This information is processed by the web server and is not "seen" or stored by the mobile App shell.

2. Data Safety & Ephemeral Processing

In accordance with Google Play’s Data Safety standards:

No Local Storage: The App does not store core account details or passwords on your mobile device's permanent storage.
Encryption: All data transmitted between the App and our servers is protected using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.
Data Minimization: We only collect the basic details necessary to facilitate your first registration or lead inquiry.

3. Permissions

The App may request certain permissions (such as Internet Access) solely to render the Webview portal and allow you to communicate with support. We do not access your contacts, messages, or photos without explicit, action-based consent.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Users have the right to request the deletion of their lead data or the closure of their Multistream account, please contact the support team to remove your records from central distributor database or use the Link to Delete Account
